• Contact information you submit (name, email, phone, project details) via our forms.
• Financial account information for our own business bank accounts connected through Plaid — balances, transactions, account and routing details — used for internal bookkeeping.

We use Plaid Inc. to securely connect our business bank accounts and retrieve transaction data into our internal CRM. By connecting an account, you authorize us and Plaid to access the data. Plaid's handling of data is governed by Plaid's Privacy Policy at https://plaid.com/legal/#consumers.

• Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
• Plaid access tokens stored in an encrypted secrets vault and never exposed to client apps.
• Access restricted via role-based access control and multi-factor authentication.
• Least-privilege principle applied across systems and team members.

We do not sell personal or financial data. Data is shared only with service providers (e.g. Plaid, our cloud and database provider) as needed to operate our business, or where required by law.

We retain data only as long as necessary for bookkeeping, tax, and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your data unless retention is legally required. Bank connections can be revoked at any time.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
